Book Report: Charlie and the Glass Elevator.

Title: Charlie and the Glass Elevator

Author: Roald Dahl

Genre:  Fiction


Rating: 2.5 Stars. It was kinda disappointing and felt like it was trying too hard.


Summary: Right after Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, they push everyone inside the Glass Elevator, however Willy Wonka goes too high up and they end up in space, in space there is a thing called Space Hotel U.S.A. and they go to dock it but they’re are bad aliens, after they get rid of the Aliens they go back to the Chocolate Factory, however Willy Wonka shows them a thing called “Wonka-vite” and it makes you younger by 27 years, all the old people have 4 pills (bad idea) and they go to Minusland, after they give them Vita-Wonk they return to the normal land, but one of them gets too much and they become 358 Years old, they fix that problem. The End.


Moral: There wasn’t much of a moral, unless you count “Don’t make a book that didn’t need to be made”.


Favorite character: WIlly Wonka.

Where does the book take place: Space, Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory


Best part: the part when everyone is screaming because they went too far up.

Book Title ( why is it called “Charlie and the Glass Elevator”): because they spend alot of time in the Glass Elevator.
